As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we’re happy to offer one makeup class per month for missed classes, subject to space and availability. If your child misses a class, you can request a makeup via email. We understand that occasional absences are sometimes unavoidable, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please note, makeup classes are based on open spots in other classes, so we recommend scheduling your makeup as early as possible to secure your preferred time.

Monthly tuition includes an average of four classes per month, with classes meeting once a week. While some months may have only three classes due to the calendar, others will have five. Athletes are expected to attend the class they are officially enrolled in.

In-class evaluations are held every other month (last week of October, December, February, April, June and August). Coaches will assess athletes’ skills to determine appropriate placement for the next class level and will provide feedback to parents. Coaches may promote athletes at any time based on skill progression.

A current individual membership is required for each athlete participating in our tumble program. Family memberships are not available. Annual memberships are renewed on the original purchase date, not based on the calendar year.

We offer the following discounts, which may be combined (ex. the sibling discount still applies for our After School Program). Discounts will be applied in the order listed below

• $120 savings for members who register with an annual commitment ($10/month savings).
• 10% sibling discount.
• 20% off the second class when enrolling for more than one class per week.
• 50% discount off monthly tuition rates for our After School Program families; coupon code will be provided and must be used at check-out.

Athletes must wear comfortable workout attire that allows for movement (e.g., gym shorts, spandex shorts, leotards, t-shirts, tank tops). They can go barefoot or wear cheer shoes/soft-sole shoes (no socks). Long hair should be tied back, and all jewelry should be removed.

Parents are welcome to observe from the gym lobby/observation area. Only athletes are permitted on the mats. Please encourage younger tumblers to remain with their class and listen to their coach, assuring them you will be there after class. If continued disruptions occur, parents may be asked to wait in the main lobby. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

We ask that athletes, parents and siblings refrain from eating and drinking in the gym. Athletes may bring water bottles, and we offer a refill station with electrolyte-infused purified water.

To speak with a coach, please email ashburn@fitwize4kids.com with your question/concern. Coaches will respond via email or phone. Due to back-to-back classes, coaches are unable to meet with parents between sessions and must remain focused on athletes.

A 30-day notice is required for membership cancellations. Please email ashburn@fitwize4kids.com to update your account. Athletes can continue to attend class during this 30-day period.

Our Spring session starts March 11 and concludes May 20; we will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm. Running Club will not meet on April 1 due to Spring Break.

Fitwize 4 Kids is located at 21720 Red Rum Drive, #112, Ashburn, VA 20147.

Runners should arrive no earlier than 3:20pm and no later than 3:30pm as we will start on time. If your runner is part of our after school program, we will make sure to have them join us when we begin.

If you will be arriving late on any given week, please call our facility (703-723-4176) as we may have you join us at the track. The track is located at 44020 Grace Bridge Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147.

Parents should plan to pick up their child at 4:30pm at the Fitwize 4 Kids facility.

Anything that will allow for movement. With the weather changing, we recommend runners dress in light removable layers (dri-fit clothing is recommended, but not required). Bring hats and gloves (weather dependent), and running shoes is a must.

Bring a refillable water bottle and a positive attitude!

The Fitwize Running Club will participate in the Ashburn Village Fiesta 5k/10k/Fun Run on Saturday, May 2, and participants need to register separately for this event (participation in the race/run is not mandatory to participate in the club). Participants need to ensure they have a buddy to run the race with prior to registering for the race.

Mr. Bernstein is the Fitwize Operations Manager, Certified Personal Trainer and Runner Enthusiast. He has led our Running Club for the past 9+ years, completed 4 marathons, Half and Full Ironmans and a 50-miler. Has has also completed the 4x4x48 challenge where he ran 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours! As you can see, he has a passion for running and hopes to pass this along to your runner while having fun in a non-stress, positive, encouraging environment.
