Running is so much more than a repeated movement; it’s the ability to challenge not only your body, but also your mind and sense of self, and that’s what makes it truly special.

My running journey didn’t start till I was in college, dog-sitting a high-energy pup named Zeta. All he wanted to do was run—every single day, I was looking forward to that run with Zeta. That spark never faded and only had me wanting more.
Now I wake up every morning with the same fire and excitement: running isn’t just exercise to me, it’s my daily medicine, my meditation, my reset, and my me-time. It’s the simplest thing in the world, yet it challenges me like nothing else, tricking my mind, overcoming mental barriers, and teaching lessons I carry into every part of life. Running gives me structure, unbreakable willpower, and the belief that pushing yourself to failure is one of the most beautiful things you can do.
I’ve raced everything from 5Ks to 50-milers and sprint triathlons to Ironmans. Today, I’m all-in on ultra running, chasing my first 100-miler with everything I’ve got while also being a dad to my two sweet boys, and husband to a much faster runner, my wife, who Boston Qualifies routinely.
My mission is simple: spread this love for running and help others unlock something deeper in themselves. To prove that you really can do hard things, even when you fail, especially when you fail. Because you never know what you’re capable of until you try.
Let’s run.
