Does the submission of an application guarantee selection as a Junior Counselor? What are the next steps?

Upon application submission, candidates are required to meet in person with the Operations Manager to review the responsibilities and assess suitability for the program. A schedule for interview sign-ups will be distributed in late March, and interviews will be conducted following Spring Break.
