Participation of Junior Counselors in field trips is contingent upon the number of registered campers and the availability of van seating on any given day. When feasible, Junior Counselors will be notified the day prior if they will be attending a field trip. However, flexibility is requested, as a seat may become available on the day of the trip itself. In such an event, we will ensure the Junior Counselor has the opportunity to contact you to inform you of their departure from the facility.
